Again, in the month of April, sales of properties in Holmes Beach, Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach are up, up, up!
Total sales are up 40 percent, with 28 sales this year, versus 20 last year.
Condo price per square foot is up 13 percent, at $279 compared with $247 in 2009.
And unit sales for homes are up 60 percent, with 16 homes sold this year in April and just 10 sold in the previous year.
