Anna Maria Island Sales for 2007

Now that the new year is a week old, we can be reasonably assured that the sales figures from the Manatee Multiple Listing Service are complete.

Take a look at the total sales of listed properties on Anna Maria Island, including Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach, from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007:

Thus, we can see that although sales volume is increasing again after the dismal year in 2006, we are still far from the heyday of 2005, in both volume and price. In fact, average selling prices per square foot are down between 25% and 33% across the board.
