Anna Maria Island Sales for January, 2008

With an uptick in interest in homes, condos, multifamily and vacant lots in Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach, actual closings were somewhat disappointing for last month.

Of course, most -- if not all -- of these sales were under contract in late 2007, so it could well be that current activity will result in higher than forecast sales in March or April.

The numbers below are averages, not means, and represent some real bargains for Island homes.
