I can't remember the last time I posted three blog entries in one day!
But here's an important issue to Floridians, and especially to residents of Anna Maria Island, where the entire island is in the flood plain: flood insurance.
The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) has been hampered by stop-gap financing in Congress for the last several years. That's not good for those of us who live in flood zones, and actually, not good for the rest of the country either.
