Today has been a happy birthday for me. Now 62 years of age, I can look back on a year successful under most any measure.

Specifically today, I celebrated a closing in which my buyers obtained a nice, two-bedroom home on a canal in Holmes Beach for the once-unbelievable price of $416,500. It needs some work, and the lawn is mostly stickers, but what a great place to enjoy all the living Anna Maria Island has to enjoy.
