Sales results for the month of April 2009 are now in. Volume is down bymore than half versus April 2008. Average price per square foot for single family homes, condos and duplexes are also down ranging from 12% to 41%.
These declines are precipitous and -- following similar reductions in price per square foot in March -- indicative of a huge opportunity for buyers at sellers' expense.
