March has proven to be a great month for sales in the communities of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach, with an increase of 94 percent over the same time last year.
There were 31 closings in March this year, and just 16 in 2009. This follows a very good February, in which sales nearly tripled from the year before.
