Here's how to search for properties on my website. There are several ways.

1) At the top of the left hand buttons, just above this one, there's the master search: Search Area Homes. This one gets you EVERY property in Mid-Florida Regional. Just FYI, zip code searches are as follows:

• City of Anna Maria  -- 34216
• City of Bradenton Beach -- 34217
• City of Holmes Beach -- 34217 and PO Boxes 34218
• Village of Cortez -- 34215
• Perico Bay Club and West Manatee near SR 64 -- 34209
• Cortez Road area in West Manatee -- 34210
• Central West Bradenton -- 34205
• Southwest Bradenton -- 34207

You can then select price range, property features, etc. It's a big search (and you can actually look from Venice to Tampa and east to Orlando), but that's mostly territory The Islanders don't serve.

2) At the very bottom of the left-hand stack are five more buttons, with geographical searches for the whole island, City of Anna Maria, City of Bradenton Beach, City of Holmes Beach and West Manatee. I've done the major part of the searching for you, and you just need to get more specific about just what it is you're searching for.
